You already do the hard part, you originate. At Swift Mortgage you keep 100% of your comp and pay one flat fee of $995 per funded loan. No split. No junk fees. This page runs your own numbers so you can see the difference yourself.

A short walkthrough of the numbers on this page — what you keep today, what you'd keep at Swift, and why the gap is what it is.
Short on time? Jump straight to the calculator — it runs the same numbers Mike walks through in the video, with sliders you control.
This is the business you've already built in Queen Creek, serving English- and Spanish-speaking families alike. The question isn't whether you can produce. It's how much of it you're keeping.

Production from MMI DataCenter, last 14 months. Year-to-date 2026: $15,186,394 funded across 42 loans. Previously at Peoples Mortgage Company, where his 2020 production earned a place on the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators list.
Drag the sliders to match your deal, your current split, your current per-file costs. The Swift side never changes: 100% of your comp, minus one flat $995 per funded loan.
How Swift's math works: gross comp ($0) is yours in full. Swift deducts $995 × 54 loans = $0 — that's the whole cost. No percentage split, no desk fee, no tech fee, no marketing fee. Estimates assume the same volume and comp you set on the left; your actual comp plan is confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Most retail comp plans were designed when branch managers and regional layers needed feeding. Swift runs lean on purpose, and the difference goes to the person who earned it.

|---|---|---|
| Your comp | A split, modeled here at 60% of what you generate, after tiers and hurdles | 100% of your comp. The split is gone, not renegotiated. |
| Company take | The split you don't keep, plus per-file fees on every funded loan | One flat $995 per funded loan. No split, and that's the whole list. |
| Models | Retail lender, one channel, their way | Brokered and non-delegated correspondent, fund in Swift's name when it serves the file |

| When something's stuck | A ticket queue, a help desk, a manager's manager | A real human on the phone when you need one, a person who knows your file |
| Your business | Their brand standards, their marketing approval chain | Run it like an owner, your relationships, your name, your book, in English and in Spanish |
The pay math gets your attention. These are the reasons people stay.
Recruit a loan officer who closes deals at Swift and you earn $350 on every loan they fund. Build a team, get paid like you built one.
Your referral partners and past clients don't stop at the state line. Swift is licensed in 12 states, so the loan across the border is still your loan.
Swift's biannual LO conference brings in real coaching on production and business-building, not a vendor expo. Twice a year, in the room with people who are doing the work.
When a file is stuck at 4:45 on a Friday, you don't open a ticket. You call, and a person who can actually move it picks up.
Cesar — 54 loans and more than $19.7 million in the last fourteen months, a Gold-tier book built one family at a time, in English and in Spanish. Twenty-three of those loans were FHA. You know the first-time buyer, you know the work that file takes, and you've been doing it for more than eleven years.
At 175 basis points, your production generates about $345,155 in gross comp. On a retail split modeled at 60%, you keep roughly $193,593 of it. At Swift the math is flat: your comp is yours, and the company takes $995 a file. That puts you at $291,425 on the same production, about $97,832 more a year. Run the calculator above with your real split. Then let's talk for twenty minutes about how your first ninety days would look.
No pressure either way. If the math doesn't beat where you are, I'll tell you to stay.
Really. You keep 100% of the comp your loans generate. Swift's revenue is one flat $995 fee per funded loan, it's how the company earns, stated up front, and it's the same for every file. There are no tier resets, no manager overrides taken out of your check, and no surprise line items.
Both doors are open at Swift. Price a deal through the broker channel when that wins, or run it non-delegated and fund it in Swift's name when that serves the borrower. You choose per loan, based on the borrower's best execution, not on which channel pays the house more, because the house fee is flat either way.
Your relationships are yours, including the Spanish-speaking families who trust you because you speak their language. We'll map your in-flight files and your license transfers before you give notice anywhere, so nothing you built gets stranded. The move is planned around your borrowers, not our onboarding calendar.
Swift Mortgage is licensed in AZ, CA, CO, NM, FL, TX, WA, OR, LA, VA, NC, and MI. Three of your five, Arizona, California, and Florida, come straight across, and Arizona is where nearly all of your production already sits. Idaho and Nebraska are not in Swift's footprint today, so we'll talk honestly about what that part of your book is worth before you decide anything.
It's Swift's flat per-funded-loan fee, the company's entire take on your file. No additional desk fee, tech fee, marketing fee, or per-file junk charges get stacked on top of it.
One call with Mike. He'll walk your exact production through the Swift comp plan, answer the hard questions, and give you the plan in writing. If it doesn't beat where you are, you've lost twenty minutes and gained a benchmark.
